Surf Coast Shire Council gives notice of its intention to gift 2504m2 of land from 325 Mousley Drive Winchelsea (Crown Allotment 71E, Parish of Mirnee) fronting the Princes Highway to the State Government for the State Emergency Services (SES).

Council now invites submissions on the proposal to gift land to the State Government for State Emergency Services.

Any person proposing to make a submission must do so by Tuesday 2 July 2024.

A person making a submission is entitled to appear in person at a Hearing of Submissions with a date and time to be determined by Council.

Notice of intention to sell a portion of 325 Mousley Drive Winchelsea.

Surf Coast Shire Council, gives notice in accordance with Section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy that it intends to sell the portion of land marked with lines of image on the right hand side of page at 325 Mousley Drive Winchelsea, (Crown Allotment 71E, Parish of Mirnee) (Land).

The land will be advertised and sold by public auction or by public expression of interest at a date to be determined.
