We're replacing the Bob Pettitt South Playgrounds in Jan Juc, which consists of the large decked playground with blue slides and also the neighbouring toddler playground with the orange slide.

This playground is almost 20 years old, and its footings are rotting so it's due to be replaced.

From sliding and spinning to climbing and jumping, we want to know what you most and least enjoy about the playground.

It's surrounded by trees and we would like to keep the natural character of the playground as much as possible.

Renewal means that we will offer the same play features and fun, with minor changes based on your input. We might swap a rock-climbing wall with a rope net, a standard swing for a basket swing, or a tic tac toe panel with a clock – that’s where your input comes in.

We are seeking community feedback on the current playground equipment to see what both children and adults like about what is there now, as well as what could be improved for the future.

You can have your say in the survey below or come along to our pop-up session on Tuesday 10 December between 12pm and 1pm.
